How to use EMBA

For optimal results, mix one sachet with 300-500ml of still or sparkling water in a glass or mixing bottle. Stir or shake thoroughly until the formula is fully dissolved.

If using very cold water (below 3°C), ensure there’s enough space in your shaker to allow the powder to move freely and prevent clumping.

What started as a conversation after class became something much bigger.
